As a general rule, all our products have a fixed transport cost that is applied depending on the geographical area:

  • Peninsula: € 9.95.
  • Balearic Islands: € 12.95.
  • Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: € 21.95.

Some products such as "ammunition" have a delivery charge of € 2 for being dangerous goods.

Shipping charges include handling and packaging charges, as well as postage. Handling costs have a fixed price, while transport costs may vary depending on the total weight of the package. We advise you to group all your items in the same order. We cannot combine two different orders and shipping costs will be applied for each one individually. All shipments traveling insured. In the event of any incident, you must notify us immediately to proceed with the relevant claim to the transport agency.

All orders will be sent as quickly as possible from the formalization of payment. Keep in mind that the shipping time may vary depending on various factors, such as: method chosen during the purchase, delays in obtaining the required permits in the case of firearms or ammunition, weekend or holidays periods, problems with transport agencies, limitations or restrictions imposed or existing for the transport of certain items, etc.

In case you want to know the status of an order, you can contact us in the ways indicated on the website, since we will be happy to assist you.

We kindly ask you to provide us with the maximum amount of data to facilitate delivery (full name of the recipient, address, telephone number). It is a priority to provide the postal code to facilitate delivery as much as possible.

In case of any irregularity, either in the delivery or in the status of the product, please notify us as quickly as possible, indicating the order reference.


Once the payment is received in our account, we will immediately send your order by the transport method you have chosen.

If upon receipt of the package you notice any notable defect in the packaging, you must leave a record to the tansport company on the delivery note.

If a product, once received, does not meet your expectations, we will exchange it for another product that meets your needs or a credit note will be issued so that you can redeem the value of your purchase whenever you want.

If when opening the package, any of the items are defective, please notify us immediately and send us a photograph, if possible. Immediately, we will send you another in perfect condition and we will collect the defective one without any surcharge.

Perhaps you have requested a product from us which, once received, is not what you needed or you made a mistake in your choice when purchasing it. Do not worry, we will change it without problem. To do this, contact us to manage the shipment or return.

Remember that the product must be returned in perfect condition, unused and in its original packaging. Also, you should know that, in this case, the return/replacement costs must be paid by you.

We sell exclusive items, such as optics, firearms, ammunition or accessories, among others. For this reason, we do not accept refunds of the amounts paid; we do admit, depending on the product, the exchange for other products; as long as the returned products are in perfect condition and have not been taken out of their original packaging (if they are "packaged") or used.

Remember that firearms, ammunition and optics are products to order, and therefore, returns of these products are not allowed.
