CONDITIONS FOR THE PURCHASE OF AMMUNITION

All ammunition is made to order, so no changes or refunds are allowed.

Documentation

For the purchase of ammunition at BARRAGUN ARMAMENT, the buyer must send us scanned their ID, their firearms license and the guide of ownership of the firearm corresponding to the caliber to be acquired.

The purchasing system will force you to attach these documents before placing your order.

However, if an incident occurs with such documents or it is necessary to send attached documentation, it should be sent to web@barragunarmament.com

Shipment of ammunition

The ammunition is sent directly to the customer's home by courier service.

Once received, the client has three business days to present the copies of the circulation guide that accompany the package and register the acquisition of the ammunition at the corresponding ‘Intervención de Armas de la Guardia Civil', not being necessary to present the ammunition at that agency.

Once the ‘Intervención de Armas de la Guardia Civil' has sealed the correct delivery of the ammunition s, the buyer must send one of the copies of the circulation guide that had been stamped to BARRAGUN ARMAMENT so that the correct delivery process is recorded..

Non-compliance with the registration will be sanctioned as established by law.

Prior to the shipment of the ammunition, full payment will be required in advance, regardless of the form chosen by the buyer.

From BARRAGUN ARMAMENT we ship ammunition to all of Spain, including the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla. We also have the necessary licenses and permits for the international shipment of ammunition, in which case, the buyer must contact in advance to consult the possibility and associated expenses.

Shipping costs

The price of the shipping costs of the ammunition, to the buyer's address, will be reflected in the purchase process, including the circulation guide.

Limits on ammunition quota

It is the responsibility of the ammunition buyer to know the limit of the ammunition quota to which he/she is authorized to acquire and possess. If the buyer cannot dispose of the acquired ammunition due to lack of space for it, it will be their responsibility to resolve such incident, without being able to claim the return of the amounts paid for the purchase.

Restricted ammunition

There is certain ammunition that, according to the provisions of the current Firearms Regulation, is for the exclusive possession and use of certain authorized agencies.
